Richard and Kim Bouchard
Richard and Kim Bouchard are married and collaborating artists living and painting in Burbank California. Working together, they fuse their individual artistic strengths into evocative images that are stronger and more interesting than if they had worked separately. Their current series “Tiny Abstracts” are small mixed media on paper works that resulted in small paintings that wish they were big.
Sims is a self taught artist born and raised in East Los Angeles who creates with various mediums and substrates. He started as a graffiti artist in 1988 and made the transition to more than just spray paint and flat wall. His work not only reflects his surroundings but represents his past and future. Sims has had his art displayed at at MOCA, various galleries and is currently producing more work for the future. Original work by an original artist.
Los Angeles based Jennifer Korsen is a mixed media artist, painter, and jewelery designer. Resident artist at the Hive Gallery and Studios in Downtown LA, Jennifer’s work can be seen at monthly openings, LA Artwalk, and pop up shows in Southern California. Jennifer’s series of hearts have become a favorite among collectors of anatomical art, and are featured in several online and print publications, medical offices and homes in LA and beyond.
Anne Le is a visual artist and an MFA candidate at California State University Long Beach with an emphasis in photography and mixed media. She is fascinated by the constant shifts of memory in the midst of the present. Ann correlates the artificial with her remembrances of family drama, alongside her ethnicity and culture. Sentiment is vital in her work as she narrates from her and other’s personal experiences to construct imposing art.
Sophia Deininger is a mixed media artist, video artist/director and designer based out of Los Angeles. She is a contributing director to The Untitled Magazine, making experimental fashion films and also works as a free lance music video director. Much of her work explores identity and self expression with exaggerated portraiture. Her love for film, design and fashion inspires her to create dramatic, costume driven art.
Jennifer Zeitlin is an LA based artist and photographer. She received a double BA in photojournalism and graphic design at California State University Northridge. She has always been drawn to the stranger subjects in life and that applies to her art as well. Jennifer’s work has been shown in both university galleries and private events. Jennifer draws inspiration from what is darker and less accepted, combines it with pop culture and her own personal experiences to fuel her work.
Gail Weissman is an MFA certified professional artist with 20+ year’s experience in the creation, development and commercial sales of hundreds of pieces of high quality original artwork. Her original masterpieces have been shown at numerous northern California Universities, galleries, restaurants, and events . Her artwork is on semi permanent display within San Francisco’s City hall and other collections in New York, Scotland, Arizona, New Mexico and Oregon.
Bela Messex was born and raised in LA, and he draws. His favorite things to draw are little characters that he can hang out with, usually in comic format. But when all is said and done, Bela just likes the simple pleasure of bringing life to a piece of paper.
Carlos Nieto III
Carlos Nieto III is of Colombian roots, born and raised in Los Angeles. Growing in the Hispanic area of Silverlake /Echo Park, he was influenced by the mish mash of Central American and South American cultures. He is a mostly self-taught artist, only having taken some basic classes of art in high school, and several night classes at various colleges. mCarlos’ work reflects his love of the female form. Through his use of deliberate brush stokes, rich colors and extreme tones, his paintings exude sensuality, beauty and strength.
Laine is an LA based writer, photographer, and filmmaker. Laine’s love of bacon has caused her to commit a great many questionable acts, many of which can be found in her very easily digestible novelette, Porcine Confessions. Back when nobody dared attempt frying a chicken without salt pork, Laine made herself a promise. One day Laine would share her salty photographic art with fellow bacon lovers of L.A. Al A. is a new artist, first exhibiting his work at Gallery MUJO in 2011. His art work incorporates the cut-up technique, while using various pens, inks, acrylics & oils on papers on canvas. He has worked tirelessly to use materials that are easily accessible & affordable to the general public. He attended Catholic schools(without incident) & has environmental science degree from Humboldt State University. He is a self taught artist. Nils Jawa is an artist, designer, and illustrator. Originally from London but now residing in Los Angeles, Jawa creates fluid, sketchy, abstract art on canvas, paper, wood, and walls.
Description : Deeksha was born and raised in India. Growing up in the cultural melting pot that is India, she was deeply influenced by the huge array of traditional art forms dating back to the 14th – 16th centuries. She learned classical painting styles like Tanjore/Tanjavoor painting, Mysore style and Ganjifa under various teachers in different parts of India. These have been a major source of inspiration for her paintings and other hand painted paper products. Through the use of emboss and gold foil she highlights the intricate details which is characteristic of her works. Further, the rich colors and the delicate brush strokes create an exquisite work of art!
Sam Prendergast is an artist living in the San Gabriel Valley. Painting, printmaking and drawing are critical aspects of his artwork. From abstracts to illustrations Sam’s style is constantly evolving. Out of his love for printmaking Sam developed “Paper Storm Studios” which creates handmade paper, custom art journals, and custom t-shirt silk-screening. He is currently working in mix media for large body of work based on the subject of an “Idea”.
Born and raised in the San Fernando Valley, David Estrada’s work is influenced and is presented as a response to Pop culture, race, politics and social interaction. Estrada’s work often creates questions that ask the viewer to complete by participation and reflection upon his work. Ready made imagery, symbols, and words are some of the most consistent elements reproduced in his work, which often creates a bold and straight forward statement to the viewer.

Cash is an LA based mixed-media artist and painter with a unique history. After spending over nine months without access to sunlight or contact to the outside world and living on a strict diet of raw milk for 2 years, Cash turned to art to express himself. His themes explore identity, organic industrial observation, and existentialism, with layers of surrealism and experimental discourse. While many of his works are done on paper to reflect organic purity, Cash also works in video and photography, mixed-media sculpture, murals, and has completed private installations. This is his first public show.
Thea Juliette Stevenson is a London Artist working in photography, film and performance. She studied at The San Francisco Art Institute and at Central St Martins in London. Her themes explore the depth of the mind, memory and the echo of the human physicality in the landscape around us.
